WTB: Amp for sub IMMEDIATELY

I am looking to buy an an amp that will do 800-1200w. Not exactly sure what impedence, but so far if I go with a sub I have in mind, it will need to be either at 4 ohms or 1 ohm. I HIGHLY prefer locally, within 45 mins or so from the LA area, but I may be open to others, I just need the amp soon. Let me know what you have.

It's not for me so its not too important, just trying to stay under 200.
