For the record...A beefy alternator comes before multiple batteries...Alt = Both the vehicle's and the system's power source unless the car is off.

If you can't afford a good amp don't buy 2,000 watt rms subs...

Anyway you don't have the electrical for it but I have a Sundown Audio SAZ-4500D for sale like new condition $1200

130amp alt 2dekas run my 2200d@.78ohm and my 9.2@3.6ohm and I stay above 13.8 @ full tilt. Burps will pull me down around 13.3 so IDK I think he has more then enough. I agree a alt is the best way to go but if money is a issue then a $600 alt is out of the question.

OP find ya a AP3500 they are somewhat cheap and do everybit of rated plus can be burped down to .25ohm. Also, Crescendo is bout to release their 3500 and it will be priced under $600.

I second this, I am running an IA 40.1 @1 ohm with a stock 130A alt and 1 extra deka 9a31 and I drop to 14.2 at full tilt
