I want to get some offers on an Alpine Type R 12" dual 4ohm or any other sub that can perform similar to it that is also dual 4ohm.

I have a 1000w kenwood amp that will be powering it so just let me know what you guys have.

Looking to spend under $130 shipped.

I also have an MTX 12" that I could possibly trade with some cash for something too.

meh, I have a type-r 10 dual 2ohm tooif u wanna step to a 10 holla, good luck
The box I have is for a 12 thats why i'm looking for one.

If I decide to go to a 10 though ill let you know, ill also put the word out to my friends for you.

How much are you looking to get shipped?

That's strange, last time I posted a "Wanted" thread, it had two pages of reply's in like 4 hours.

Maybe no one has anything for sale haha.

I'm just looking for a a 12" sub that is comparable to the Alpine type R and would do good with a kenwood amp powering it @2 ohms. just something that takes 500+ rms.

Let me know what you guys have!

if you want 1 sub to run at 2 ohms it needs to be a daul4 and not a dual 2
also you can get a brand new type r for less then 130
Why does it need to be dual4? From my understanding the difference between 2ohm's and 4'ohms was more power thus more money. I don't want to buy another amp haha thats why I'm looking for a 2ohm'er so I can throw more wattage at it with the amp I have.

Yeah I know they are pretty cheap, I was just hoping I could snag one off of here for like $90 shipped for a used one. or somewhere around that.

12" Incriminator Audio 187. 300 RMS but I wouldn't be scared to run 600RMS all day to it as long as you know what your doing and don't just cranks the gains and volume up. 85 shipped.

ya id go dual 4, that amp is suppose to be 1ohm stable if ist the one im thinking..but to be safe id go with the dual 4 still so u can run at 2 ohms..and id be careful with ur gains, so make sure its set right cuz ive seen a few people blow that amp and ive blown a few my self a couple years back

it's the Kenwood KAC-7204

I don't think it would be 1ohm stable, it gets hot running my **** Alpine SPX-13REF's haha.

not 1 ohm stable

also you can get brand new type r's here for $100
Everyone keeps trying to sell me used ones for $90, thats why I made this thread so I could get one off of someone for a reasonable price.
