WTB: Alpine Headunit

Any Alpine headunit that fits a 2002 Ford Ranger. I only want to spend like $100-$150 shipped. I have a Panasonic CQ-C5210U I can trade, or some Orion Cobalt 12's, and then add cash to either of those to make up the difference. Someone hit me up on PM with a good offer.
