I am looking to buy an Alpine CDA-7873 Head Unit in perfect working condition. I know this is an old Alpine Head Unit, but its the Head Unit I've been looking for. I've tried a friend's of mine and like how it worked and sounded //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/2thumbs.gif.fdc3ba010dbb42b61704534b46d02fe4.gif

So, If anyone has this Head Unit and would like to sell or get rid of it then; either post pictures and the price up here or send them via Private Message.

Hey 919, Thanks for replying to my thread.

I am not familiarized with the Alpine 7995 Head Unit. But, do you know if they are similar in comparison to each other? I was hoping to either find the CDA-7873, something similar to it, or maybe something that working the same way just performed better. Here are the Manuals to compare them. The &995 has no internal power it is a HiEnd 3 set rca Source.

IIRC the 7873 is the year before the 7995. the 7995 was thw flgship for its year. it is the silver face with blue lighting.

It looks to me that the CDA-7995 works better than the CDA-7873, has more features but also works almost the same way. They almost even look the same, which is a plus! I think this head unit would look and work great for my set-up.

I assume you have everything for this Head Unit including wiring harness, the trim, paper manual and other accessories it may have came with?

I got a mint cda 7878 which was the flagship model of the year you were looking for except was the first mp3 player alpine made. PM if interested...I am not trying to sell it but might anyhow.

the cda7878 had the F1 status cd player transport as well and cost $800+ new...mine is like new..mint
