WTB: Alpine CD/MP3 Disc Changer

I am looking to try something new and have a chance at getting an Alpine 7949 headunit. Since the headunit will only play normal cds, I need an AI-Net cd/mp3 changer for daily driving. I don't want to buy a changer on ebay, and would like to get one cheaper than on there. I will pay more if you have the model that has optical out on it.

The AiNet changer with optical out(CHA-S624) doesn't read mp3s. I wish I could help but the changer I have is the CHA-1214 and it doesn't do mp3 CDs. If you change your mind I have 3 magazines and a long AiNet cable to go with it.

I would overlook the mp3 feature for optical.

I have a buddy that has the 1204 without a magazine he was going to send me for shipping. How much would you charge for one of the magazines?

Your should consider finding a PRA-H400 processor for your 7949, they were made for each other.

Meh, I am really enjoying the tuning capabilities that my Zapco Z8 has. As far as I am concerned, it is the most powerful processor on the market.
