WTB: Active 3-way XO, Subs

Looking for a nice active crossover. I'm wanting to try a 3-way setup plus the subs in the back. Needs to be adjustable without adding chips and crap like that. I scored some http://www.madisound.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=45_234_264&products_id=1088 and want to give 3-way a try using the HSK-165's.

I'm also still looking for some decent 10" subs for a SQ set-up. I don't care about getting loud for the most part. I just want some good subs for the low end.
