WTB: a REALLY CHEAP HU

My friend who is poor as hell because she has health problem needs a head unit for her 91' Honda Civic. Her factory one just stopped working.

She's so broke now, so any head unit that can play CD and include everything for installation will do.

Prefer budget $20 (may be +$10 from me). Can pick up in LA this weekend. After that need it ship to Oregon.

Added* I couldn't believe talking to specialist for ~10 mins cost $450. I wish I never get sick.
