I know it's a little over your price range, and not the size, but I have some Hypnotic HV5 components, comes with midbasses, tweeters, crossovers and wiring. They're 5.25" barely any play time. (5-7 minutes total). $75+ shipping for quality speakers. They're more oriented with SQ. 120WRMS for the pair.
