WTB a DAC for my iPhone to car stereo

I have a Lexus IS250. When I plug my iPhone into my Aux, I can hear a noise that seems to be connected to the motor rpm's, so it think it may be a ground issue. I don't really want to get a new stereo because that seems like a big hassle. I am a musician and I saw this:
