If I wanted JBL I would buy from Draginix just because he has all the refs and I can't trust people with low amount if post, on caco I was working a deal with a guy for another SA-8 well he ended up ripping off someone else before he could me :/ ... anyway long story short I want to buy from someone with ref's

yes, @ 14.4 i believe. they are CEA rated. i just got a 1500d of CL for the cheapsss

just seen your budget, you can deff get a used ap1500 all day for that much. their only 170 new i believe.
