800CCA+ 80ah+ battery

Looking to run it with my Deka Int. as a 2nd battery. Don't want to spend more than 200 shipped

I don't know the general rules of what type of batteries are to be used with others, so please help me out with that in making a decision.

What type is the Deka?

i've already got that as my 2nd battery....

do you have to do AGM with AGM??

Deka is to big for under the hood... i'm sure not many can fit one of those under hood... I think i need more CCA under the hood... already got a high ah batt. in back., but then again i'm not sure if that's right. I just figure i'd need more CCA because that's where the Deka lacks

Ideally you should run the same type of battery, same size, and same date code, in other words buy them all at once, but everyone doesnt, but I would run an AGM batt if you already have one in the back. Get a 9a34m

mehh... pretty much the exact same specs as my Optima... pretty sure its causing my problems, unless the batt is dead, but it holds a sitting charge of 12.8-12.9

that doesnt mean much you need it load tested, doubt you will find one with the specs you want that is small enough to fit under your hood

oh I can fit a decent size bigger than the one I have... most kinetiks under the 2000 line aren't to beefy, they are just tall

so if I find a cheap battery, that has high ah, and high CCA, is there a reason NOT to buy it, esp. if it comes with a 3 year warranty?
