Crutchfield house brand sound ordinance have a three year warrenty should fall in your budget. I have a set, they do pretty good, i am pleased with mine.

I've got a set of Clarion's, the matching 6.5's sounded good on 35W. One has a crack in the cone, but I can try to repair it if you're interested. If it worked I'd do 45$ shipped.
