WTB: 6.5" components, amp, head unit

need a headunit that has mp3, bass control, decent options for 150 or less (it better be equal or better than the pioneer deh-p3900mp or else i wont even consider it)

6.5" components looking to spend not too much, something used and in good conditon would be nice.. 60-80 price range about

cheap amplifier 2 channel to power the components 30-40

all shipped prices..
