WTB 5-channel and 10"

I'm doing a build for a friend in his '04 Silverado and he is in need of a 5-channel amp and 10" sub. This will not be done immediately, but within a couple weeks. The options are pretty wide open, but a budget of about $350 total, willing to split the money whichever way is necessary among amp and sub. Also, VC config and amp will have to match up, but don't care what that impedance is.

Sub points:

10"

300-600 watts

6.5" mounting depth or less

leaning towards SQ

Box will be 1.25cuft @ 38hz

Amp points:

5-channel

30-75 x 4 @ 4ohm

300-600 x 1

the smaller the better

Hit me up with anything you guys have. It would be nice to pick up an amp first so we can determine how much to spend on a sub, but if something good comes along we'll snatch it up.
