lol, im not THAT concerned on the motor type //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif Ive played around with just about every motor type out there, and in my travels ive found that the exotic ones do nothing more than the semi-common ones.

Anything like a 4hp motor, or APXX would be peachy though. Ive got a few coils that fit these drivers sittting around which is why im asking in the first place.

RE MX 12". Not blown but something weird is in the cone causing the coils to read incorrectly and the sub to scratch on certain notes. Cosmetically perfect..
