I used to work for a seafood restaurant up here in Shreveport that specialized in crawfish. Consequently I spent many an afternoon on your end of the state visiting various wholesalers in Lafayette, Breaux Bridge, St. Martinville, Crowley, Eunice, etc etc etc...

There was another outfit based in New Orleans that used to meet me there at the New Iberia exit off of US 90.
