I don't know if they will get louder, but back in the day there was a comparison with these and the idmax, and supposedly these were almost right on par, supposedly great SQL subs... just what i've heard tho, no personal experience

I agree with this. I currently own 4 RSDs (single 4) and they are better than the CVRs to me. These are great SQL subs for the price and will easily take 500RMS
