Im looking for a amplifier that outputs aprox. 250 watts RMS @ 4 ohm.

Preferibly an amp that sounds decent for Sound Quality.

My Budget is around $130 or less.

Thanks in advanced!

P.S. I know this is my first post, but i do have some references if needed! And i also have over 65 posts on Realmofexcursion.com Forums.

*EDIT* Sorry about the confusion, I'm looking for a 2 channel amp, that puts out 250 RMS @ 4 ohm Per Channel.

What's your charging system look like?

I'm looking to sell a monoblock currently that is rated for 200w @ 4 Ohm when fed on 12.0 volts and the output raises to 400w @ 4 Ohm when fed on 14.4 volts.

Looking for a mite over $130 but offers are happily accepted...

See the thread titled Kenwood eXcelon KAC-X401M / KAC-PS401M if interested.

Please don't let the brand name fool you if you're inclined to automatically reject Kenwood stuff (as so many are). It's from their upscale lineup (the eXcelon gear) even though it isn't marked as such. Full details are found in the thread...

Okay, my mistake, im looking for a 2 Channel Amp that does 250 watts rms @ 4 ohm PER Channel.
Hope that clears things up a little...
Another option for you (and would likely be cheaper than a 2-channel with that level of output per channel) would be to look for a 4-channel amp that makes 250w per channel when run in 2-channel, mono bridged mode.

Yes, but wouldent i loose my fading and stereo that way?

Because if i bridge channels 1 and 2 to one speaker, and channels 3 and 4 to the other, that would make it mono... right?

Because in order for me to make it stereo, i'd have the bridge channels 1 & 3, and 2 & 4 to each speaker, that would make it stereo, but idk if thats possible....

Could someone shed some light on this?
