WTB: 2 Channel Amp ~$150

I want to buy a 2-channel amp to run my Rainbow CMX 265s. They were running off a JL 300/4, but that amp had some problems from day 1 and I need a new amp. I want to be around 100-130 x 2 at 4 ohms.

I also have a 250/1 JL that I could trade. It works great just has a few scratches on it. It was used for 5 months.
