It will be hard to find a decent 1500 watts for the price you want to spend. You may be able to get maybe a 2000 watt Brutus or something like that.

If you can up that budget to 300, I have a 1500 watt Sundown that you wouldn't have to wait on the UPS man for.

i know my price is a little cheap right now but its only because i had a powerbass 1500.1 d amp and it worked amazing and it was pretty **** cheap for what it did but anyways yes i know that im looking to go cheap but im just trying to save some money for now but keep my system running

Im not. Im giving the OP information to make an informed choice. I dont really care if he wants my amp. Your probably just pissed you can run 1400 watts to your RF sub.
