Why doesn't it fit?!?! Should all be the same size....?!?!

Umm, it should fit no problem. They all pretty much use the same gasket. You do have to do a little strectching and shifting.

it fits on the baskets but pushes over the surround too much had the same prob with one of my sx 12"s gaskets

Sounds like your surround is glued too far out on the basket. Its not the gasket's fault.

Well thats the problem.

The edge of your surround is glued all the way to the outer edge of the mounting flange, right? If so, you wont be able to fit a gasket on it.
