WTB 12inch SQl subs

I got 5000watts @1 ohm from some kind of DAT amp. I'd like to get a pair of twelves that will sound perfect at low level and just be ridiculous at full tilt.

I think you lack experience on audio. Not to be mean, but do you have the electrical to support that amp? I have run Fosgate and Kicker amps (rated at 2ohm) at 0.5 daily for many years with no problem. Its called knowing how to do things proper. The current draw even at 1ohm is probably 600a. You will need plenty of battery and charging to keep it happy. Lastly the amp would only be wired at 0.5, then imp rise would take place and I would imagine in a daily box you would be well over 1ohm even. Do you know how to clamp for power and imp rise?

Dude i'm only looking to buy some subs... I know all these things, problem is that the amp is a prototype and i was suggest be guys at diablo audio technologie to not let it go under 1ohm. They might even be a protection, who knows. I'm not gonna buy subs and get them shipped over here and then realize the amp doesn't like it at all.....

250 dc alternator and 2 g31 110ah batt in the rear + the stock one in front. I would never let my voltage drop under 12v...

back to topic, i'm looking for either dual 4 or dual 1 SQl subs... btl ain't sql imo.

some rd alphas would be great but i'm still open for more offers
