WTB 120x4 @4ohm Min. Also JL 10W3's And Head Unit

Title says it all. I am looking for an amp.

Need an amp that does 120w x 4 at 4ohms - please be half *** decent brand. I wont be buying off brand crud.

Also interested in a pair of JL Audio 10w3v2 or v3 Subs. Or subs that are alike that enjoy just north of half a cube sealed, sound good get decently loud doing so and like around 1k max power for the pair. Once again no crud please.

Decent Head Unit. also wanted. MP3 must ipod a must, 5v min out with 3 sets for front rear and sub. Must work fulley and not be garbage.

I have a great 15"BL to trade in return. Or paypal.
