WTB: 12" Sub and Amp

I am doing a build for my brother and he wants something that sounds nice and wont kill his trunk space (he has a Mazda Speed 6). So that being said, I am looking for a 10" or 12" sub that can be in a small enclosure (like a 12w6 sealed size.....) and a good 1000 watt amp to push said sub. Also if anyone has RCA, power wire and inline fuse for cheap I will be interested. Looking to spend about $450.

Sub: $250

Amp: $140

Wires: $60

i have a 12" incriminator audio death penalty with duel 2 ohm coils, only used for a few months. for an amp i have a MB Quart DSC1500.1D, and knu cables. and a 3^ft ported enclosure tuned to 34 Hz. asking $400 + shipping.
