WTB: 12 or 15 1500RMS D2 sub

Like the title says, I want a 12 or a 15 that will get loud and LOW off of around 1500RMS at 1 ohm. I will also consider a pair of 10s but they must get low, thats my main wish. I can spend about 200 for the speaker shipped or I can also add my 12" Type R D4 as a trade too. I want it to be noticeably louder than my R and also hit the lows better. This will be my last sub for a while so it has to be a good one. Also, I have about 3.5 cubes to work with at the most so something that will do well in that size box is needed. I am considering a 15 inch Eclipse Titanium sub for 150 but not sure itll be loud enough...
