I have a Diamond Tdx that can take 1500 watts in less than 1 cube, .65 to be exact. Is the 1500 watts at 1 or 2 ohm?

I am hoping to stay within a $200 budget. The amp I will be using is a Hifonics BXI 1606. 1500 RMS is really not needed so, how about a sub with 800-1000 rms? Anyone?
