WTB 10" sub and amp

My friend just got rid of his CVX and kicker 750.1 due to the weight, so he is looking for a decent 10" sub that will handle around 300 rms and an amp to go with it. Does not have to be matching. He is looking to spend around 200-225 if thats possible...and btw he is just getting a small truck box for the sub. Just thought I would put that out there...

I have a Cadence 10" TXW-10s SVC 350RMS and a couple amps. A clif designs CD2.2LX,100x2 at 4O, 2O mono stable, and a soundstream XTA1050.2,260x2 at 4O.

Cadence 10 - 35 + sh

Clif amp - 75 + sh

Soundstream amp 120 + sh

I was running the clif amp for mid/highs but would work well for one sub, not too big.
