powerbass xta2250 2250rms @1 ohm. I have personally run at .5ohm with no problems and heard of them being ran at .25ohm.

Concept HP-1500, $115 shipped. Does rated and has 24Db per octave crossovers. Didn't even get warm tuned to 1500x1 at 1-ohm with a DMM. Nice sounding amp. Pics in the amplifier F/S section.
