Lets say you bought a cellphone.

It was defective out of the box.

So you pay to send it to the manufacturer for REPLACEMENT. Brand new mint condition cell phone.. you paid full price for..

But instead they break it open, scratch it up, burn it with a soldering iron and just destroy the ****ing thing to repair it..

And send you it back all ****ed up and a hell of a lot more damaged than the mint condition phone you sent them..

Like really am I being out of line?

I just got the call back from the manufacturer..

They told me I gotta spend another $15+ to ship it back to get a replacement.

So now i've spent $40 shipping THEIR DEFECTIVE crap.

I asked if they can send me a prepaid envelope.. They said.. They will ask but they may not.. ****ers..

****.. I hate how companies will **** you for their own mistakes..

Gotta love how the store is just like "Not our problem."
