#4 is the option that applies to my subs and amp, so what I was wondering is if you could run individual pairs (pos/neg) to each sub because I have 2 seperate pos/neg terminals on my amp, instead of running the wire throughout my box which will require drilling if I use the only two terminals??? Would it affect sound quility???

Length of wire is the only consideration but keep in mind to do the wiring you are talking about you will still only use two of the amps terminals. each terminal will have 2 wires in it.

You cannot use all four terminals. Most likely you will be using the 2 terminals for bridged output. If am off base here then sorry.
