i had a sony home theatre system in my room and the cd player and the control panel i guess you could call it went out but it had some good comps in it...i was wanting to put them to use instead of throwing them away and put them in the back of my sisters truck since they have awesome bass response, but would it work? it sez 75 W on the back of the magnet and the hu puts out 50 rms x 4 im sure but it also says 6 ohms i think its hard to read on the back as well. soo anyways would it work or not??//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

A) Your headunit doesn put out 50W, probably 23w RMS at most and B)Generally speaking, speakers are speakers. I've had friends who instead of replacing the stock speakers when they were blown decided to put floor standing Jenson's on the back-seat. Its not ideal, or posh at all but it worked...
