But one amp would push 2 AQ HD3 15's to their potential? I am working with 14 not 17v so i would see maybe 3600, if it is not overrated, and that would be enough to push them? Because i have heard they are very hungry but also efficient so anyone with experience with them know if around 1800 a piece would get the 15's moving good. If this amp is not a good amp please tell me and recommend an amp or amps that will give me around 4-5000RMS for no more than $1,000

Power hungry and efficiency do not go hand in hand.

HD3's are not power hungry.

Or would i be better off getting 2 refurbed Viper 2500.1. It would cost a little more but it would be giving them at least 2000+RMS a piece.

i had mine on a re 35.1 and now a soundstream pca 2000d, so anythinh from 1500-2000 you should be good

Well i found some refurbed Viper 2500's for $355 each on Ikesound, they also have refurbed Directed D2400's for $244 each.
