Would the Kenwood DDX470 give a cleaner signal than a Pioneer AVH-P3200BT?

As the title says, I'm looking to upgrade my P3200BT from like 3 years ago to this Kenwood DDX470. I really like my Pioneer but I can't find another one like mine. My head unit is supposed to put out 4V and it is CEA-2006 compliant. I cannot find a Pioneer head unit under the money I got mine that has a 4V output. If I get bad reviews on the Kenwood then I think I'm going to get a flip pioneer head unit but I want to give this Kenwood a chance.
