No, it was because of the wreck. When we are called to a wreck by the police the rates are significantly higher.

If you just call because you broke down, that same trip would have been $55 or so depending on your area.

With our company, the time plays no role in the fee. Its the same on a Sunday morning at 2:30 as it is on a tuesday at noon.
