i know a guy local dealer that sells this amp and he told me he can sell it to me for $369 and retail price is about $1413.00 specs below...reason price so low he gets his ma audio stuff dirt cheap?

i'll say the only way that amp does anywhere near that power is @ 16+v... but i've never played with MA much, a friend said my 2500d will probably outperform a 4000d @ 12v into a 1 ohm load... they are a bit over rated

Well the HK-4000D as i know of ...needs 17volts to run its max rms so your amp most likely will out do it...........but i mean for a lil over $300 dollars for that amp should be that bad huh?
