Well lets see....was bolting down a battery terminal, and the socket wrech slipped making a bridge between the + and - with my hand still on it!
That one hurt, but this hurt more:
I made a box that was 1/2'' too big to fit in my trunk, but i realized if i took off my trunk lid, and brackets, it would fit right in. So i start to take off my trunk lid, by mylself, from inside the car, with the lid closed.
After i get the bolts off, i go to pull the hinges through the rear deck, and one of the hinges for the trunk (with tensioners still on) SLAMS shut on my thumb, and at the same time, a bolt goes into my ring finger.
So there i was...pinned in the back seat of my car, being held in by my hinge, and couldnt reach my phone to call 911 (hey, was the only thing i could think of, noone else was home, and i could feel the hinge crushing my finger. After about 10 minutes of horrible pain, i finally worked up the strenght to pry the hinge open with my other hand, fall back, and almost pass out when i look down at my thumb
I couldnt feel it at all, except for pain, and it was smashed right down to the bone (i normally have chubby fingers (ring size 13 i think) so it looked a little odd, especially covered in blood.
This happened valentines day this year, and to this point, i still have no fealing down the entire outside of my thumb, and have a good scar on my ring finger from where the bolt was.
Thats about the worst...
