That's no TL - no stuffing.
That a 1/4 wave wave-guide or just a really low tuned box, and at what freq?

TLs don't need stuffing to be a transmission line.

Nope. People stuff the line to reduce standing waves of upper order harmonics. It helps smooth out the frequency response and also helps lengthen the line in case you were a little bit off of your desired length.

This enclosure looks like a TL with a line length of about 60" or 1.5m which gives the line a tune of ~56hz. I'm not sure how the compression chamber affects the line though but my theory is that once the line begins to unload, the enclosure acts like a ported enclosure with a port length of 60". I could be way off here though as I have never done any research on TLs with compression chambers.

Thanks guys, other box is great, im thinking about pulling it out and carpeting it but it's gonna be a pain to pull everything out. Vids will be up hopefully on roe as well i dont think theres a bass solutions section yet so id be happy to make one. And the style of box is a T-box and im more than pleased with the sound i will say its a hell of a lot louder than a sealed 16ov2 in a 1.5cu.ft. off the same power. And I cant wait to see how much louder it's going to get since the box is mass aligned to a much smaller environment than a room. lol im going to put carpet on it still but other than that i will be running wire and deadening today. So after i get the carpet and amp rack completed I will be able to just throw it in and take some vids. But they will be up i will either bump this or put them right on ttb's forum. -Alex
