Use a 2400 watt pyramid amp on a 400-500 watt rms sub, and it would work fine. I’ve used many many junk brand amps that I got for semi-free in trades for boxes. Usually building high school kids raw boxes for their nice subs being ran off junk. Amazing how many people buy nice subs and run them with junk power. Long story short, if you use the dollar per watt (rms unclip watts) standard, some of the junk amps are not horrible value. The dishonest marketing is retarded, but that’s another paragraph.</p></blockquote><p></p>
