I ORDERED FROM THEM AT 3:30 AM(when i got up to go to work) but it is 12:24 (break) no email confiramtion.

is this normal? or should i contact

Why not wait until 24hrs after you purchased, then if no email, try emailing or calling them and asking NICELY what is going on. No need to be an ******* right of the bat.

They probably don't have what you ordered in stock. When you call them, they will trash talk the product you ordered and try to give you a "great deal" on something they DO have in stock.
