They are actually pretty good, they have good customer service. I ordered 6" visor mounted XO Vision lcd screens from them. The only advice I have for you is to call them before you order to make sure they have the items you need in stock. Mine were on backorder and it took almost a month. But they kept updating me very well.

I would do that with all of them,call 1st,if they dont answer I wont buy from them
