The 1.4 cubic feet claim is a GROSS cubic feet, not a NET cubic feet. You are at 1.1 cubic feet of USUABLE NET(the only airspace that matters) airspace after accounting port and subwoofer displacement(space they take up) If you take shortcuts on the enclosure, be prepared for your system hitting weak and sounding like utter sh*t. Build your own. Its cheaper than pre-made dog sh*t on ebay and way better quality.</p><p></p><p><img src="http://snag.gy/kUa7e.jpg" alt="" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" /></p></blockquote><p></p>
