When you have a deck with only 2 volts output... (which only happens when you put the sub volume at full) then you have a VERY crappy signal.... so once it gets to the amp... and its amplifing a shity signal... wouldnt that cause it to clip?

if your gains arent matched correctly, yes, yes it would.

I didnt set the gains on it... I never touched them... the amp was digitally setup..

LIKE I SAID... I THINK that it was clipping... I DIDNT set the gains on anything

Only thing I touched was my deck.... so I HAVE NO clue what it was... like I said back on page 1.
