I have no idea how much bass can pass through the ski port so you will need to experiment with sub placement. If radio was OEM then wiring the LOC might have been an issue but it is aftermarket, so no issue there. EQ settings is what you will need to play with as well but like stated, truck and car are very different. Maybe time to upgrade to a 12 or switch to a 4th order box with the port in the ski port.</blockquote>
