You have to use some small tool to compress the ears while pulling the pin out backwards. The round ones in his post (that's a wicked closeup) are pretty common, for plugs made by Molex. Anything other than that type is custom made and you'll probably have to replace the whole connector.</p></blockquote><p></p>
