this is a disney winnie the pooh cell.from the film winnie the pooh and the homey tree 1966,scene 308,it is in a nice frame and has all certifactes.it is numbered to 5,000.I bought this in the disney store in 2000 for $400.I have seen them on e-bay go for $250 to $1,200.I don't know what it is worth,but could be a lot.I will take $175 shipped.thanks
