Window Tinting

I went to crappy tire and picked up a little roll of window tint 5% limo style.. Anyways i wanna do the boarder on the top of my windsheild..

I guess the adhesive is already on the tint? so i just spread it out and add water? is that the idea?

I'd highly suggest taking it to a shop as well ...
