window tint!?!?!

yaaa the flea markets here are in like sacramento, and i'm not driving, the gas would cost more than the tint ha
and no reciepts here, gotta front him with cash, illegal work bein done

i need to get my tints redone. i'm running stock and i can tell that the front tints are lighter than the backs. my only issue is a 3hr drive to the place, then a 3 hr drive home. which is a good 40$ in gas. so i could just do mine in down for about 125.

i'm pushin the 5.9L V8 on 31" tires, blah blah, my average mpg is like 12.5 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif kinda sucks

being in key west there is only 1 place that i know of that does tint. i have heard they charge from 125-200. they have decent rep but i just don't want them touching my car. it's an audio shop but it's a POS shop.

a drive from here to miami is 3hrs, then another 3hrs to drive back. which is about 300+ miles total which would come to about a full tank of gas. plus with the system weight and my heavy foot i'll just burn gas even faster.

i'll get my tint done eventually when i'm up there for other reasons. or eventually when i'm completely bored and feel like just driving up there.

ya that's for sure a pain in your ass, i'd avoid getting it tinted as well

another thing here that's big is you take your car to a tint shop, or car audio shop, you drop your car off, while they're doing it they open the glove box, they got all your info, where you live/park, blah blah, then they swing by a week later and swoop everything....

i'm throwing on expired cali plates, takin out the sub, and pullin all my registration right around the corner

A Durango is in the SUV class and Can be 0 on the Rears and Back, Keep the front two 35 and you will be Legal.

190 is a fine price, That is a lot of tint.

Layering tint is going to increase amount blocked.
Not sure about your local laws, but both are illegal in most states.

i got all of my windows tinted 5%, on my jimmy, for 160 with tint.

I live in a decntly populated town, and havent had any issues with the law yet. If u do get pulled over just roll down all ur windows so they wont notice

dosnt work when they saw them up before they pulled you over, only time I ride with the windows up is winter/rain. Even in the winter they are down if Im by myslef because I dress for the weather.

Plus the systems louder with the windows down

what kind of car has "stock tint" of 15%? car companys' dont sell cars with window glass darkened to 15%

i have like 20% all the way around, and when i lived in NJ i had problems every once in a while. Im sure half the problem was being in High School with tinted windows up and subs bumping, you look like a straight ******** drug dealer or something. Straight up shady looking you know

The only thing i have tinted are my rears now so people cant see my sub and stuff in the back, and i take my headunit face plate off.
