Window tint question...

Does the window tint law apply to the state that you are driving in or the state that your car is registered in..????

should only be for the state your car is registered in. Doesn't mean you won't get hassled for it anyway.

all you have to do is go to an optometrist and tell them that the sun hurts your eyes and that you need a RX for window tint then if you get stopped for the tint the cop cant really do any thing cause its a RX. that's what i did been stopped like twice for it and still no ticket //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Won't work for me. I've been previously diagnosed with an astigmatism.

it applies to the state you're registered in, however, you can still receive a ticket for violating that states law.
