i got a box free from a local shop here. it is for 2 12's. the only reason they gave it to me is around on of the holes for one sub, the particle board was damged a little when it was shipped to them. can this be fixed with some wood glue and a clamp? will it support one of my subs? or is there another way to fix this?

extension rings....double baffle the front board.....burn it....there are many options lol

if your willing to put some time into it rip the carpet off if it has it, and see how it was put together if it was easy enough you can replace the front plate with the holes cut out and make a new one...or burn it too since its cold out haha
